In this article we will explain how to export your clients and products into an Excel file.
You can export your data into an Excel document at any time, which enables you to create secure copies or forward your data comfortably to other contacts, clients or colleagues.
How to export clients and products to Excel using STEL Order
The following steps will guide you on how to export your data into an Excel file:
- Go to |Settings| by clicking on your username, on the top right corner of the screen.
- Go to |Import/Export|.
Next, after selecting the elements that you wish to export and the desired format (we strongly recommend using Excel), you can begin choosing which fields you wish to export:
- Two different columns will appear, one for |Available Data| and another one for |Selected Data|.
- All you need to do is select the data you wish to export and add this to the |Selected Data| field.
- Anything selected and included under the |Selected Data| field will be exported.
To export your client and product information, simply click on [Export] on the top left corner.
