In this article we are going to explain how to create new price rates and how to import new products and assign them a specific price, as well as updating the prices for any existing products.

1. To create new price rates, all you need to do is go to |Settings  Price Rates| and create as many rates as you need. You can then assign these rates to a client and define how much a product will be valued once it is paired with said client on any business document.

2. To import new products and assign them a specific price rate:

– Go to |Settings  Import/Export  Import from file|
– Prepare an Excel file with all of the information about your products, including a column specifying the sales price as well as a column for every price rate that you wish to apply to the product.
– Indicate which column corresponds to the base sales price and which one corresponds to each rate.

3. To update your existing products and assign them a price for each rate:

– Go to |Settings  Import/Export  Import from file|
– Prepare an Excel file with all of the information about your products, including a column specifying the sales price as well as a column for every price rate that you wish to apply to the product.
– Indicate which columns correspond to each price rate.
